Ingredients.

  1. 300gFresh ripe honeydew melon, cubed
  2. 200mlGreen tea or jasmine tea, brewed and chilled
  3. 150mlWhole milk or condensed milk
  4. 60gSmall sago pearls
  5. 20gHoney or sugar

Directions.

  1. 1

Drop small sago pearls into a pot of boiling water, stirring frequently so they do not stick. Cook for 12 to 15 minutes until only a tiny white dot remains in the center of each pearl. Turn off heat, cover, and let rest for 5 minutes until completely translucent. Rinse under cold water and drain.

  2. 2

In a blender, combine the fresh honeydew melon cubes, chilled green tea, milk, and honey. Blend on high speed until completely smooth and frothy.

  3. 3

Divide the cooked translucent sago pearls between two serving glasses. Pour the blended honeydew milk tea mixture directly over the sago.

  4. 4

Top with extra small melon ball scoops if desired and serve chilled with a spoon and straw.
