Honeydew Melon Sago Milk Tea
A refreshing, fruity Asian dessert drink featuring fresh honeydew melon blended into a silky milk tea base, enriched with translucent, chewy mini sago pearls. This beverage captures the sweet, fragrant essence of summer melons paired with a light, creamy texture.

Ingredients.
- 300gFresh ripe honeydew melon, cubed
- 200mlGreen tea or jasmine tea, brewed and chilled
- 150mlWhole milk or condensed milk
- 60gSmall sago pearls
- 20gHoney or sugar
Directions.
- 1
Drop small sago pearls into a pot of boiling water, stirring frequently so they do not stick. Cook for 12 to 15 minutes until only a tiny white dot remains in the center of each pearl. Turn off heat, cover, and let rest for 5 minutes until completely translucent. Rinse under cold water and drain.
- 2
In a blender, combine the fresh honeydew melon cubes, chilled green tea, milk, and honey. Blend on high speed until completely smooth and frothy.
- 3
Divide the cooked translucent sago pearls between two serving glasses. Pour the blended honeydew milk tea mixture directly over the sago.
- 4
Top with extra small melon ball scoops if desired and serve chilled with a spoon and straw.
