An elegant, aromatic homemade milk tea featuring bold Earl Grey black tea infused with dried culinary lavender flowers, sweetened with honey, and finished with smooth steamed milk. This beverage offers a soothing floral bouquet paired with the distinctive citrus notes of bergamot.

Ingredients.
- 8gEarl Grey tea leaves or tea bags
- 2gDried culinary lavender flowers
- 300mlBoiling water
- 250mlWhole milk
- 25gHoney
Directions.
- 1
Place Earl Grey tea leaves and culinary lavender flowers into a strainer or teapot. Pour boiling water over them and steep for 4 to 5 minutes to release the bergamot and floral aromas.
- 2
Strain the brewed tea into a saucepan, discarding the spent leaves and flowers. Stir in honey while the tea is still hot until dissolved.
- 3
Pour whole milk into the tea and gently warm the mixture over medium-low heat until hot, without letting it boil.
- 4
Use a milk frother to create a light foam on top, pour into ceramic mugs, and garnish with a tiny pinch of dried lavender on the foam.
