Brown Sugar Ginger Milk Tea
A warming, restorative homemade milk tea featuring spicy fresh ginger juice simmered with dark brown sugar, robust black tea, and creamy whole milk. This beverage provides a soothing kick of spice balanced by deep caramel sweetness.



Ingredients.
- 25gFresh ginger root, grated and squeezed for juice
- 8gBlack tea leaves
- 300mlBoiling water
- 35gDark brown sugar
- 250mlWhole milk
Directions.

Steep black tea leaves in boiling water for 5 minutes, then strain.

Grate fresh ginger and squeeze through cheesecloth or a fine strainer to extract fresh ginger juice.

In a saucepan, combine brewed tea, brown sugar, ginger juice, and whole milk over low heat.
